Baltic Recruitment is excited to be working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Newton Aycliffe, and we're currently hiring multiple Production/Extrusion Operatives to join their growing team. Duties:
- Operate the extrusion line efficiently and in accordance with standard procedures.
- Manufacture products to exact specifications and meet production targets.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure product consistency.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and on time.
- Report any machinery issues or production concerns to your manager.
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
Salary: £27,000 + £1,200 shift allowance per annum. Salary increase up to £30,000 with progression.
Shift Pattern: Continental shifts - 2 days, 2 nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am).
