Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a growing manufacturing business in the Middlesbrough area with their search for an Electrical Maintenance Technician.
Key Duties:
- Carry out breakdown repairs to production equipment, plant, and services as requested.
- Carrying out TPMs and ensuring documentation is completed.
- PLC Fault finding (Siemens).
- Keep daily records of all work completed and all work pending.
- Monitor stores stock and usage.
- Always apply best practice operation maintaining high levels of health & safety, hygiene and quality standards.
- Progress and complete project work on site.
Key Requirements:
- Ideally a minimum of 3 year's experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Understand and be able to read mechanical/electrical schematic drawings.
- Be experienced in the use of PPM systems.
- Work on their own initiative.
- Work towards improved efficiency in the maintenance department.
- Be an effective team player and possess excellent communication skills.
The Package:
- £45,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
- Continental shift pattern of days & nights: Mon&Tues 12 hour days/Wed&Thurs 12 hour nights Friday OFF, followed by Mon&Tues 12 hour nights, Wed OFF, Thurs&Fri 12 hour days on rotation.
- NO WEEKEND SHIFT PATTERN.
- Generous performance based bonus potential paid annually.
