Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent Manufacturing Senior NPI Engineer for a client located in Sedgefield.

Our client are an award-winning company, designing and manufacturing world-leading RF, microwave and millimetre-wave (mm Wave) solutions that enable mission-critical applications principally across the space and defence sectors.

As their business continues to grow, they re looking for a Senior NPI Engineer to play a key role in introducing innovative RF and microwave products into manufacturing.

Working at the interface between engineering and production, you ll help ensure new products transition smoothly from concept and prototype through to stable, high-quality, repeatable manufacture.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced RF technologies, collaborating with talented engineers while making a real impact on products that are used around the world.

You ll support the introduction of new RF and microwave products into manufacturing, helping ensure they are robust, scalable and capable of meeting demanding performance requirements.

Working closely with the Lead NPI Engineer, RF Design, Mechanical Engineering, Test, Quality and Manufacturing teams.
