Manufacturing Engineer to join their growing team based in Kirkbymoorside.

The successful candidate will play a key role in improving manufacturing processes, supporting production teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a complex engineering environment.

Experience within composites is advantageous, but candidates with transferable manufacturing engineering skills are encouraged to apply.

Key

Responsibilities: Identify and implement process improvements using Lean manufacturing techniques.

Support production teams with process plans, job cards, and manufacturing documentation.

Lead problem-solving activities and root cause analysis to reduce repeat issues.

Support first-off builds, tooling requirements, and manufacturing improvements.

Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to improve efficiency and product performance.

Key

Requirements: Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and problem-solving methods.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Engineering qualification (ONC/HNC) or relevant industry experience.

Composites experience would be advantageous, but transferable manufacturing experience will be considered.
