Baltic Recruitment are thrilled to once again be partnering with our prestigious, market-leading client within the manufacturing sector to recruit a Finance Business Partner.

This is an excellent opportunity to take full ownership of the site\’s finance function, driving commercial performance and influencing key strategic decisions. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing critical insight and analysis to support business growth, efficiency, and profitability.
Key Duties:
Production of monthly Profit and Loss statements, balance sheets, journals, cash flows etc. as per the current company standard monthly pack to strict deadlines.
To act as the main contact for all senior members of Darlington staff for all finance- related queries.
To have a good all-round understanding of the Darlington site, including WIP practices, stock control arrangements and the ERP system.
Allocation of petty cash transactions for the site.
Reconciliation of paper receipts.
To work closely with the Group Purchasing manager for procurement-related matters.
Submitting of daily sales reports.
Providing relevant information for Government Statics where required.
Posting all salary related journals.
Producing all year end audit reports.
Assisting with/producing any HSA Group requirements for the site.
Reconciling balance sheets monthly.
Produce annual Budgets and ad-hoc forecasts for the site.
Assisting in any site stock-take requirements.
Attending all Finance-related meetings on site or within the Group where required.
Work closely with the Site General Manager – Darlington to help drive the sites performance.
Any other ad-hoc duties where requested.
To undertake all training related to the position or the Site/Group where required.Key Requirements:
CIMA/ACCA qualification with at least 5 years experience, ideally in a multi-site role.
Previous manufacturing experience would be a huge bonus.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Excellent IT skills.The Package:
