We are supporting them in recruiting multiple Permanent Production Operators to join their busy team. OsecoElfab specializes in emergency pressure relief and explosion protection solutions that safeguard people, plants, and the environment through advanced designs that enhance process and equipment performance.

About The Role

The Production Operator role is central to manufacturing operations, bridging product creation and quality assurance. You will contribute to producing rupture discs, explosion panels, and accessories, with opportunities for growth and skill development. The initial six-month training provides a foundation for career progression, including salary increases linked to skill development.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality manufacturing tasks following standards and SOPs
  • Support creation of new SOPs and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain quality standards and accurate records
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective production to meet targets
  • Operate and maintain machinery and tools safely
  • Monitor production lines and conduct quality checks
  • Handle raw materials and finished goods, including operating lifting equipment
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations

Working Hours and Salary

Back shift: Monday to Thursday, 3pm to 11pm. Starting salary: £23,940, increasing to £25,869 after 6 months, with a further increase from June 2025.
