Due to continued growth and exciting new projects, we are seeking Production Operatives to join a high-performing and supportive team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering a clear pathway to a permanent contract after just 6 months.

The Role
- Operate production machinery (robotic welders, presses, grinders)
- Load materials into welding equipment and jigs
- Carry out quality inspections
- Follow work instructions and meet production targets
- Complete production documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
What We’re Looking For
- Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Flexible for rotating shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Working Hours
- 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Day Shift: 7:00am – 11:00am
- Day Shift: 11:00am – 3:00pm
- Back Shift: 3:10pm – 7:10pm
- Back Shift: 7:10pm – 11:10pm
