Responsibilities
- Assemble safety‑critical products ensuring 100% accuracy
- Assemble medium to heavy components, requiring dexterity
- Operate and understand measurement equipment
- Use hand, power, and air tools appropriately
- Participate in teamwork principles
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Operate at speeds necessary to meet production demand
- Perform bending, reaching, and standing for 8 hours
- Demonstrate hand and eye coordination
- Read drawings
- Work overtime when required
- Operate drill presses, punch presses, or riveting machines to assist in assembly
- Fasten parts using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners
