Responsibilities

  • Assemble safety‑critical products ensuring 100% accuracy
  • Assemble medium to heavy components, requiring dexterity
  • Operate and understand measurement equipment
  • Use hand, power, and air tools appropriately
  • Participate in teamwork principles
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
  • Operate at speeds necessary to meet production demand
  • Perform bending, reaching, and standing for 8 hours
  • Demonstrate hand and eye coordination
  • Read drawings
  • Work overtime when required
  • Operate drill presses, punch presses, or riveting machines to assist in assembly
  • Fasten parts using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners
