Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part Time Resourcing Consultant to join our growing Pre-Employment Team based at our Head Office in Newton Aycliffe. You will be working in a vibrant and busy office within an excellent working environment.
Part Time Resourcing Consultant Duties and Responsibilities:
- To be actively involved in the recruitment and interview process of candidates for various positions
- Create and post engaging job advertisements to attract candidates
- Match individuals to specific employment opportunities
- Carry out in-depth screening and application via telephone
- To assist and support recruitment consultants with the recruitment process
- To liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- To keep company CRM systems up to date at all times
- Any other ad hoc duties

Salary is Β£24,603.15 (pro-rata). Working 3 days a week, hours to be discussed.
