Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part Time Resourcing Consultant to join our growing Pre-Employment Team based at our Head Office in Newton Aycliffe. You will be working in a vibrant and busy office within an excellent working environment. Responsible for contacting candidates over the phone, who have applied for various positions across the North East.
Part Time Resourcing Consultant Duties and Responsibilities:
- To be actively involved in the recruitment and interview process of candidates for various positions
- Create and post engaging job advertisements to attract candidates
- Match individuals to specific employment opportunities
- Carry out in-depth screening and application via telephone
- To assist and support recruitment consultants with the recruitment process
- To liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- To keep company CRM systems up to date at all times
- Any other ad hoc duties

Salary is Β£24,603.15 (pro-rata). Working 3 days a week, hours to be discussed.
