Counterbalance Forklift Driver

We are seeking a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of materials within our warehouse. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including loading and unloading goods, as well as maintaining safety standards while operating forklifts and other equipment. Duties Operate forklifts to load and unload materials from lorries and storage areas. Ensure the safe and efficient handling of products throughout the warehouse. Accurately record inventory movements using a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly. Conduct heavy lifting and material handling as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organised and clean warehouse environment. Skills Proficient in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Strong ability in heavy lifting and materials handling. Basic maths skills for inventory management and record keeping.
