Baltic Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a dynamic Global automotive supplier, producing components to the world's leading vehicle manufacturers. Based in Solihull (B37).

We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within the warehouse and production areas, as well as maintaining good housekeeping standards.

Pay Rates: £14.85 - £28.15

Double Days - Shift Times:

  • Monday - Thursday 06:00am - 13:30pm / 13:30pm - 21:00pm
  • Friday 06:00am - 12:00pm / 12:00pm - 18:00pm (must be flexible)

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently in accordance with company and site procedures.
  • Load and unload deliveries, move stock, and supply materials to production lines as required.
  • Carry out movements, put-away, and stock replenishment.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, ensuring the working area remains clean, tidy, and hazard-free.
  • Conduct daily pre-use checks on forklift trucks and report any defects or issues immediately.
  • Support warehouse and production teams with additional duties as required.
  • Follow all health & safety, quality, and environmental policies at all times.
