Job Description
Are you a graduate with the ambition to lead, grow, and take on real responsibility? Our Management Graduate Programme is designed to fast-track ambitious individuals into leadership roles within our growing sales and marketing business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Learning the fundamentals of sales, marketing & customer engagement through live campaigns
- Building leadership skills by mentoring new team members and supporting recruitment
- Taking ownership of daily operations including planning, logistics & performance reporting
- Attending client strategy meetings and helping deliver measurable results
- Analysing campaign data to drive improvements and support business growth
- Shadowing senior leaders and progressing into team management roles
