Oversee the daily operations of Restaurant View , the hotel bars, and Room Service , ensuring the highest standards of service and guest experience. Lead, motivate, schedule, and organize the team while ensuring ongoing training and professional development. Work closely with the Executive Chef to plan and successfully execute events and special dining experiences. Operational Management • Conduct inventory control and prepare operational reports. Preferably 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry; • Strong knowledge of restaurant cuisine, wines, and premium beverages; • Fluency in Latvian and English (for communication with international guests); additional languages will be considered an advantage; • The ambition and determination to prove yourself and achieve long-term career success.
