Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of Restaurant View, the hotel bars, and Room Service, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest experience.
  • Team Development: Lead, motivate, schedule, and organize the team while ensuring ongoing training and professional development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Chef to plan and successfully execute events and special dining experiences.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Handle guest concerns and resolve challenges efficiently to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Management: Conduct inventory control and prepare operational reports.

We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have

  • Preferably 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry;
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant cuisine, wines, and premium beverages;
  • Fluency in Latvian and English (for communication with international guests); additional languages will be considered an advantage;
  • Excellent leadership skills, a strong desire to grow professionally, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team;
  • The ambition and determination to prove yourself and achieve long-term career success.
