They\’re looking for a passionate Junior Front-End Developer to bring stunning designs to life using WordPress and Impreza. You\’ll work on diverse, high-profile projects, ensuring seamless user experience across all devices. If you love clean code, slick animations, and being part of a team that pushes creative boundaries – this is for you!

In this role, youll work towards your Level 4 Software Development qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Craft visually stunning and responsive websites using WordPress & Impreza.
• Transform Adobe Designs into pixel-perfect, high performance user interfaces.
• Work closely with their in-house designers & developers to bring brands to life.
• Ensure seamless cross-browser & cross-device functionality.
• Keep up with latest web trends, techniques and technologies.
• Maintain brand consistency for both Dash Media and their diverse client base.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

• £16,000-£18,000 per annum.
• Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, 1 hour lunch break.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• A front end enthusiast with a keen eye for design.
• Proficient in WordPress, Impreza, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with Adobe design files and responsive development would be beneficial.
• Passionate about performance optimisation & smooth UI interactions.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment.
• Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English.
