Baltic Apprenticeships is seeking a Quality Development Lead to provide strategic and operational quality leadership across designated apprenticeship routeways. You will collaborate with Programme Managers, Coaches and Leaders to own quality improvement, using data and expertise to drive outstanding learner outcomes.
The role aligns with Ofsted expectations and apprenticeship standards. The position is hybrid, based in the UK, with responsibility for teaching, learning, assessment and End Point.
