Provide first‑line technical support and assistance to end‑users across the organization, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and configuring computer systems, and maintaining and managing the company's IT infrastructure. Act as the key point of contact for resolving IT‑related problems and ensuring smooth operations.

Eligibility

  • Apprentice aged 18‑20 (salary £20,932 per annum) or 21+ (salary £24,733 per annum). Full training and support will be provided by the Baltic team.
