Company Overview
Baltic Apprenticeships is an Ofsted Outstanding provider of apprenticeships in IT, Tech and Digital sectors. Recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work, we’re passionate about creating an environment where people can do their best work, develop their careers and feel part of something meaningful. We’re building a high‑performing, insight‑led sales organisation, and this role sits right at the heart of that.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst who can turn data, insight and market intelligence into meaningful action. You’ll help our sales teams perform at their best by identifying trends, improving consultation quality, and ensuring our approach to sales is consistently sharp, informed and impactful. This is not just a reporting role, it’s about connecting data, behaviour and commercial performance to directly influence how we sell.
What you’ll be doing
- Analysing data from AI and data skills assessments to identify trends, gaps and opportunities
- Supporting the creation of impactful sales consultations based on insight and learner/employer data
- Gathering industry and market intelligence to strengthen sales team knowledge and positioning
- Helping embed and evolve our sales consultation cycle, ensuring consistency and quality
- Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for sales leaders and teams
- Supporting continuous improvement across sales performance, process and customer engagement
- Working closely with sales leadership to improve conversion, targeting and effectiveness
What we’re looking for
You’ll likely succeed in this role if you have:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and spot patterns quickly
- Experience working with data sets, dashboards or CRM/sales systems (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Salesforce or similar)
- The ability to translate data into commercial insight and practical actions
- Experience working in a sales or commercial environment
- A curious mindset with interest in sales performance, enablement or operations
- Strong communication skills, able to influence and explain insight simply
- A proactive approach to identifying improvements and solving problems
Desirable skills
- Ability to support our sales teams with the delivery of consultation calls with large enterprise employers
- Exposure to sales operations, enablement or B2B sales environments
- Experience working with assessment data, learning data, or skills diagnostics
- Understanding of consultative or solution‑based sales approaches
What success looks like
- Sales teams are better informed, better prepared and more effective in consultations
- Data is actively used to improve conversion, targeting and decision‑making
- Clear insights are consistently feeding into sales strategy and performance conversations
- The sales consultation cycle becomes structured, scalable and high quality
A successful Sales Enablement Analyst will embody our core values:
- Be the Expert: Continuously develop your understanding of sales performance, market trends, customer needs, and commercial data. Use insight from sales activity, assessments, CRM data, and market intelligence to identify opportunities, improve decision‑making, and equip teams with the knowledge and tools they need to perform at their best.
- Be the Customer: Champion a customer‑led approach by helping sales teams better understand employer challenges, skills gaps, and business objectives. Ensure data, insights, and market intelligence are translated into meaningful sales conversations that deliver value, build credibility, and create positive outcomes for customers and learners alike.
- Be the Future: Drive continuous improvement across the sales function by identifying trends, uncovering opportunities, and challenging existing ways of working. Embrace innovation, technology, and data‑driven decision‑making to enhance sales effectiveness, strengthen consultation quality, and support the evolution of a high‑performing commercial organisation.
Why join us
