As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience in delivering marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels. You’ll work alongside experienced marketing professionals to support brand growth, engage audiences, and contribute to projects that positively impact the lives of others. This is an exciting opportunity to develop practical marketing skills while supporting a purpose-driven organisation.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Manage ordering, production, and stock of promotional marketing materials for the sales team
- Provide customer data reports to key stakeholders
- Evaluate relevant campaigns and events and reporting
- Assist the marketing executive and marketing manager in organising events, open days, and exhibitions to promote developments, including set-up and logistics
- Implement regional and local events calendar, be in attendance at key events to raise brand awareness and develop partnership relationships to support lead generation
- Work with the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive leads and engagement
- Bring forward new campaign ideas to increase visibility, leads, and local engagement.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £15,327 per annum
- Entry – £7.86 per hour
- Post 6 months – £8.71 per hour
- Post 12 months – £12.60 per hour
- 37.5 hours per week

Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of marketing, including what marketing is and what may be included in a marketing plan
- Awareness of social media platforms suitable for customer and business engagement
- Good interpersonal skills and a desire to learn
- Good verbal communication skills and adaptability for different audiences and situations
- Good written communication skills with accuracy in spelling, language, grammar, and punctuation
- A keen eye for design and good attention to detail
- Basic numerical skills for data analysis
- Grade 5/C in Maths GCSE & Grade 4/C in English GCSE (REQUIRED)
