The successful candidate will play a key role in capturing the energy of Active Sports Group’s vibrant sessions, producing engaging content for social media, and sharing inspiring stories that reflect the organisation’s core values of confidence, resilience, and growth. In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Assist in planning, filming and editing videos that promote their services, events and brand values.
  • Create engaging visual and written content for use across their website, social media channels and newsletters.
  • Capture content from events, holiday camps, and school sessions to showcase their work and impact.
  • Support with scheduling and managing content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with coaches and other team members to gather content ideas and materials.
  • Use tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud to design branded graphics and visual assets.
  • Help monitor social media performance and contribute to audience growth strategies.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £16,000 per annum.
  • Monday to Friday 9am-4pm or 10am-5pm.
  • 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays!
  • Your Birthday off!
