A Typical Day in the Job:
- Analyse financial, HR, catering, lettings, and pupil performance data
- Use Excel (filters, pivot tables, formulas) to interpret and present data
- Extract key data using Bromcom and Sage systems
- Identify trends in attendance, behavior, catering demand, and academic performance
- Support financial analysis, reporting, and benchmarking
- Collaborate with Business Services and Operations teams to support school functions
- Assist with project coordination, event planning, and stakeholder communication
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, including managing social media content
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm
- 28 days holiday + bank holidays
- Cross-department training: Finance, HR, Marketing & Projects
