This is more than just a learning experience; it’s a chance to develop practical skills, understand industry-leading processes, and set a strong foundation for a career in data analytics.In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Data Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships**A Typical Day in the Job:*** Provide IT support across all DEKRA IT systems; web applications, desktop and mobile computing, print and telephony to internal and external stakeholders* Review all technical support related processes and documentation for continuous improvement.* Work as an active member of the wider local and global IT organisation in a flexible and supportive way.* Assist in maintaining and improving the performance of existing systems and software.* Plan alongside the business to perform data migrations, imports and exports as required.* Author and format technical documentation appropriate for the intended audience.* Respond to varied tasks, project or programme as required from time-to-time.* Attend meetings with DEKRA and clients as and when required.Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge*** Able to work well under pressure.* Self-motivated and proactive.* Able to multi-task within a challenging, fast paced environment.* Excellent relationship and rapport building skills.* Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.* Well organised and flexible individual.* Able to demonstrate initiative in satisfying complex customer needs.* Grade 5 in GCSE Mathematics & Grade 4 in GCSE English**Salary, Hours&Benefits:*** £25,000 per annum.* 9am-5:30pm Monday to FridayThis apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in data.
