What You\’ll Be Doing While working towards your
Level 3 IT Support qualification
with
Baltic Apprenticeships , you\’ll:
Respond to remote helpdesk requests with timely and effective technical support Log, track, and resolve support calls efficiently Carry out hardware and software repairs in a fully-equipped workshop Install and configure hardware and software across client sites Maintain detailed network documentation and reports Support project needs by sourcing IT equipment Attend on-site visits to assist schools directly You\’ll receive full training and mentorship from both your workplace and the expert team at Baltic.
