Are you passionate about technology and eager to dive into the dynamic world of IT? Baltic Apprenticeships is partnering with an employer seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team as an IT Level Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience while working toward an accredited IT qualification. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, building the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in IT.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Providing 1st line support through the ticketing system
- Troubleshooting any IT issues in a proficient manner to ensure downtime is limited
- Working on different network architecture
- Supporting with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all IT support including in person, via phone, and via the IT Service Desk ticketing system
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A passion for IT
- A keen attention to detail
- Grade 5/C in GCSE English and Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- Monday to Friday – 37.5 Hours per week
- 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in IT support. Afterwards, we will support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships:
This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT. You will get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance, and setting up virtual environments. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you will accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT. You will be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
