Job Description

Calling all aspiring IT Technicians! Baltic Apprenticeships are thrilled to be partnering with Cramlington Learning Village to hire their next IT Apprentice!

As an IT Apprentice, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible for working with staff and students for any IT related issues, hardware set-ups, software issues, group policy and so much more to enhance your skills to reach your true potential!
In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Support the business with all aspects of the T Service via a Helpdesk - In-Person, telephone & email
  • Install and maintain computer hardware
  • Work on planned upgrades and improvements to the provision
  • Working on group policy
  • Work on a wide range of software issues
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
  • Salary - £20,000
  • Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM
  • 26 Days Annual Leave - Rising to 31 after 5 years of service

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships
This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT.
You'll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance and setting up virtual environments. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you'll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT.
You'll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
