They're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join them as a 1st Line IT Support Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to kickstart a career in IT. You'll be working as part of their friendly helpdesk team, learning how to solve real-world problems and deliver excellent support to our clients.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues such as password resets, connectivity problems, and hardware/software support
  • Log and track incidents and requests using the service desk system
  • Escalate more complex issues to the 2nd Line Support team where necessary
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with customers to build trust and rapport
  • Keep users informed on progress and ensure timely resolution

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £16,000 per annum
  • 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm)
  • 25 days + bank holidays

Your Training with Baltic:

You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Apprenticeship in IT Support, providing you with formal qualifications and practical skills. You'll also have access to one-to-one mentoring sessions with senior team members and on-the-job training that aligns with your career goals.
