Prided on the fact that their business is 75% IT focused, Clever IT delivers efficient and cost-effective support solutions to a variety of clients. Their services include IT support, Cloud Services, Server Solutions, Security, GDPR Guidance, and IT management. As an IT apprentice, you would be working alongside some of the best and brightest in the IT field!
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Answer incoming calls from customers.
- Perform password resets, create and implement group policies, configure multi-factor authentication, anti-virus, encryption, etc.
- Support through ticketing systems and communicate via phone.
- Use remote access tools like TeamViewer to troubleshoot issues and access customer systems.
- Install software and add customer-specific applications.
- Implement solutions based on your technical knowledge.
- Escalate issues that breach SLA agreements.
