XPS Solutions Ltd is offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Apprentice to kickstart their career in the world of technology. The successful candidate will be immersed in real-world problem solving, from supporting Microsoft 365 and networking to troubleshooting systems and helping clients stay connected. In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Deliver remote and occasional onsite IT Support to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Manage your workload using the internal ticketing system.
- Take customer calls, raise and update support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise directly with users to understand and explain technical issues clearly.
- Maintain SLA compliance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £13,731 per annum.
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
- 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
- Company pension scheme.
- Salary sacrifice scheme.
- Skeleton staff for Christmas Period for 2 weeks.
