Key Responsibilities
- Capture and create engaging content on-site, including photography and short-form video for social media, internal comms, and external campaigns.
- Write blog posts, case studies, and press releases showcasing projects, partnerships, and community impact.
- Help grow social media channels, ensuring timely updates, engaging content, and alignment with brand voice.
- Update and maintain the company website, ensuring new projects, case studies, and CSR updates are posted regularly.
- Support Head of Marketing and Communications in planning content calendars tied to events, campaign themes, and strategic priorities.
- Assist in the planning and promotion of events, including volunteering days, careers fairs, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Create branded visuals and reports using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Edit and publish video content for use on digital platforms.
- Support delivery and reporting of social value commitments
Key skills required:
- A passion for digital content, community engagement, and social impact.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design software.
- Strong written communication skills confident writing case studies, web content, and social captions.
- A creative approach to video and photography, with experience capturing and editing short-form content.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Comfortable working across teams and engaging with site staff, community partners, and clients.
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative.
Qualifications required:
- Maths & English Language at grade C/4 or above
- Full UK driving licence essential, due to travel to construction sites
- Preferred IT/Graphic Design/Digital Photography qualification or experience
