A Typical Day in the Job

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you'll play a key role in supporting their busy marketing team and helping Weavabel grow its online presence. Daily tasks include:

  • Supporting the team to hit KPIs by delivering marketing activities and campaigns on time
  • Collaborating with sales, design, and product teams to align on business goals
  • Proofreading and editing content to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Copywriting across multiple formats while maintaining our brand tone of voice
  • Researching, writing, publishing, and sharing blog content
  • Creating written, video, and visual content for various digital marketing channels
  • Planning and scheduling social media content across Instagram, Meta and YouTube

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Salary, Hours & Benefits

  • Salary: £14,722.50 per annum
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week)
  • 1 day off for your birthday

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we'll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer. With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you'll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
