This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in a range of digital marketing disciplines from crafting engaging PPC campaigns and managing social media to analysing customer behaviour and supporting personalised website content through the agency's smart platform, CaboodleCode 2.0. In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Assist with the creation and monitoring of paid media campaigns.
- Learn how to use tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and others.
- Help gather data, analyse results, and create performance reports.
- Get involved in researching media opportunities for client campaigns.
- Support client communication with the wider team.
- Work closely with media owners and suppliers.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £14,722.50 per annum.
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
- 28 days annual leave including the Bank Holidays.
- Full support and training through an approved apprenticeship programme.
