If you’ve got a passion for all things Marketing, then we have the role for you! Noise Agency based in Lancaster is looking to add a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice to join their growing team, offering a salary ranging between £18,000 to 20,000 per annum, reduced hours on Fridays, team building and social events, and much more!

As an apprentice, you will be fully immersed in the world of Marketing. You will be tasked with:

  • Creating short films for content
  • SEO and PPC campaigns
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns

You will be given all the tools to build a successful career as a Multi-Channel Marketer. Throughout your journey, you will be closely supported by the Director as well as a specialist coach from Baltic Apprenticeships.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Discussing the products, services and marketing requirements of each individual client
  • Working with the team to formulate effective digital marketing strategies
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of digital campaigns and providing proactive recommendations
  • Becoming familiar with the nature of clients' products, business culture and competition
  • Arranging and attending meetings and reporting on key decisions
  • Advertising, SEO Campaigns, PPC Campaigns, email marketing for clients who require it
  • Creating short films for content, social media campaigns, tracking online engagement, budget for projects and creating branding

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £18,000 to 20,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
  • 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
