As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, youll be at the heart of their brand growthdriving engagement, building community, and amplifying their impact. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Assist in developing, planning, and executing social marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the social media team to create and schedule engaging content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) using tools like Sprout and Notion.
• Manage user-generated content and ensure alignment with brand messaging.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance to optimise engagement and reach.
• Utilise tools like Sprout and Notion to analyse campaign performance and inform data-driven decisions.
• Support email marketing and retention campaigns, including newsletters, using platforms like Klaviyo.
• Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to enhance SEO and assist in improving website user experience.
• Participate in community management, developing relationships with partners, ambassadors, and community leaders.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost community engagement across all channels.
• Support event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee experience.
• Act as a point of contact for athlete support.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

• £14,722.50 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
