  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, social media, email, and the company website.

  • Monitor and measure the performance of digital campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the Digital Marketing Manager for future adjustments.

CRM and Data Management:

  • Support the management of CRM data using tools such as MailChimp and Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and effective segmentation.

  • Update and maintain contact details in our database, adjusting as needed, to ensure data integrity.

PPC and Social Media Monitoring:

  • Track and review PPC, SEO and YouTube campaigns, submitting regular performance evaluations and suggestions for improvement.

Email Marketing:

  • Coordinate with the Sales team to align email campaigns with overall sales objectives.

  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails, organising their distribution through various channels.

Website Maintenance and Optimisation:

  • Conduct regular website testing and assist with layout adjustments to improve user experience and engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyse data from digital marketing analytics reports, sharing key insights and actionable recommendations with the Digital Marketing Manager.

  • Communicate with the Sales team to assess the performance of leads generated through digital marketing efforts.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in the creation and management of events via Eventbrite, including regular communication with attendees to ensure smooth event execution.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and by the team at Baltic Apprenticeships., The apprenticeship programme includes bespoke training courses designed to enhance essential marketing and analytical skills. Apprentices will complete the Data for Marketers course, which focuses on harnessing data for evidence-based marketing, bridging traditional methods with modern, data-centric strategies to drive customer engagement and maximise ROI. They will also gain expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization), learning to optimise websites, improve SERP rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance online visibility. Additionally, the programme includes the Google Analytics Certification (E-VX9ZK0), where apprentices will learn to set up and manage a GA4 property for a website or app, collect relevant data, and utilise reporting tools to monitor and analyse performance effectively.

  • Educated to A-Level (or equivalent) standard

  • Strong interest in Digital Marketing and Data Analysis

  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing Tools such as Google Analytics Mailchimp and Eventbrite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • A Grade 5/C in Maths and a Grade 4/C in English is required for this role, You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.

  • £14,000 – £16,000 per annum

  • 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

  • Hybrid Working (3 days at home, 2 in the office)

  • 23 days holiday (rises yearly up to 28 days)

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
