Digital Marketing Apprentice

The business is expanding and is looking for a bright, enthusiastic person to join them as their new apprentice. Roles & Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to): Plan, schedule, and deploy social media campaigns across multiple platforms using tools such as Hootsuite, HubSpot, My CRMHub, and Meta Business Suite (training provided). Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance, including engagement levels, reach, likes, comments, and shares. Work closely with senior team members to support client strategies and ensure campaigns align with agreed objectives. Manage a variety of content outputs including campaigns, bursts, single posts, curated content, responses, and sharing. Assist in creating and scheduling both ongoing brand awareness campaigns and target-driven campaigns designed to achieve specific client goals. Respond to client audience engagement within provided frameworks, escalating sensitive issues to senior staff when required. Research and curate relevant third-party content for client accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines. Conduct handle and tag research across social platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and audience targeting. Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and Vividink Ltd.
