What to Expect
- May – Join our webinar on 7th May at 1pm: “Why Build Your Commercial Career at Baltic Apprenticeships?” In this session, we’ll introduce who we are, what we do, and what we’re looking for in our upcoming graduate cohorts. You’ll also hear directly from some of our current graduates as they share their experiences and answer any questions you may have.
- Applications are now open for our Graduate Sales role. You can apply via our website by submitting your CV and a covering letter. The application window runs from 1st May to 31st May.

The Programme & Your Progression
You’ll start in a Sales Enablement environment, building the foundations of a successful sales career through activities such as:
- Market research and prospecting
- Outreach and communication
- Lead qualification
- CRM usage and pipeline exposure
This stage is designed to build your confidence, commercial awareness, and core sales capability. You will typically transition into a Customer Acquisition role (Business Development Executive) within 3–6 months, depending on your development and performance.
Your Role as a Business Development Executive
Once you transition, you’ll take on full responsibility for generating new business and driving growth. You’ll:
- Develop new business opportunities across a range of industries
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Deliver tailored proposals and sales presentations
- Use consultative selling to understand client needs
- Promote Baltic’s apprenticeship programmes and their value to businesses
- Build your personal brand through platforms like LinkedIn
This is a fast-paced, supportive sales environment where you’ll work towards targets, develop your skills, and build a long-term commercial career. Salary: Starting at £25,500, rising to £26,500 upon transition into the BDE role.
