A Typical Day in the Job
As a Content Creator Apprentice at Cipher Agency, you\'ll be thrown into the fast-paced world of influencer-led content and TikTok Live campaigns. You\'ll:
- Host and produce engaging TikTok Live Streams to promote client products and drive sales
- Create short-form TikTok content that follows the latest trends and aligns with client goals
- Write copy for LinkedIn posts and email campaigns
- Capture high-quality video and audio using professional equipment, including DSLR cameras, studio lighting, and microphones
- Edit content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and other software
- Track and manage monthly budgets across TikTok, Facebook, and Google Ads
- Monitor and report on performance using platform analytics tools
- Collaborate with internal teams, including producers, presenters, and co-founders
- Use WordPress, Shopify, Adobe, and Klaviyo to manage and publish content
- Stay up to date with social media and pop culture trends to ensure content remains fresh and relevant
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Salary, Hours & Benefits
- Salary: £16,000 - £19,000 per annum
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital content and social media. Afterwards, we\'ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and a potential full-time role with the agency.

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification, and experience you need to immerse yourself in the digital marketing and content creation industry.
With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you\'ll learn to create, implement, and analyse engaging content that makes brands shine online.
