In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Research and gather ideas to support the planning and development of content.
- Assist in creating engaging content for use on social media, Intranet and website.
- Plan and schedule posts across their social media platforms
- Assist in creating a social calendar for the Trust and Trust schools.
- Generate idea and create engaging, relevant content for their staff intranet (employee hub) to support internal communications.
- Support the Marketing and Communications Manager with planning and delivery of Marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Support the capture of content at school and Trust events, including taking photos, video and sourcing student/staff testimonials.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours&Benefits:
- Β£14,526 per annum.
- Monday to Thursday, 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-3:30pm.
- 26 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
- 3 development days β days with self directed time away from the workplace to recharge and reflect.
