They help businesses grow through beautifully crafted content and innovative marketing, and now they\’re opening the door for an enthusiastic, creative and curious Content Creator Apprentice to join their team and start their career in digital marketing.
As their Content Creator Apprentice, you\’ll be an integral part of the Hush creative team, helping to develop compelling content across social media, blogs, video and more. You’ll work closely with their marketing and design teams to bring fresh ideas to life, tell stories that connect with audiences, and build your skills every day in a fast-paced digital agency.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Creating social media content for a range of clients across industries – from TikToks and Reels to LinkedIn posts and carousels
- Assisting with basic video editing and short-form content creation
- Helping to schedule and post content using social and marketing tools
- Brainstorming creative content ideas and campaign themes with the team
- Learning to analyse content performance and engagement metrics
- Supporting the wider team on client campaigns and internal projects
- Bringing fresh energy, ideas, and a passion for content into everything you do
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- A driving license and your own vehicle to give you the freedom to get out and about, capturing content wherever necessary
- A keen interest in digital content, marketing, and social media
- Good knowledge of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Confidence with writing and storytelling (spelling & grammar matters!)
- A creative eye – whether for photography, video, or visuals
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow your skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Grade 5/C in Maths GCSE & 4/C in English GCSE
