They're now looking for a Data & Business Insights Apprentice to join their growing team and play a key role in supporting campaign analysis, audience research, and business insight generation.
As a Data & Business Insights Apprentice, you'll work closely with their media, strategy, and client services teams to help analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and provide valuable insights that support client success.

As part of the apprenticeship programme, the successful candidate will receive structured training through Baltic Apprenticeships.
This includes two-day training blocks every 4-6 weeks, alongside continuous workplace learning and mentoring, allowing the apprentice to build both technical knowledge and practical experience while developing their career in Data.
In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Data & Business Insight qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job
- Support the setup and monitoring of digital campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, Tik Tok, and Instagram.
- Collect, organise, and analyse campaign performance data from multiple sources.
- Produce regular reports and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Support client presentations by transforming raw data into clear, meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Conduct audience and market research using industry tools such as Nielsen.
- Assist with strategy development by gathering and analysing data to support campaign planning and client proposals.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within campaign and audience data.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and insight generation.
- Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
- An interest in working with data, numbers, and identifying trends.

- Grade 4/C in both Maths and English (Required)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours per week, including a 1-hour lunch break)
