In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Assist the Leadership and sales team in executing digital campaigns and initiatives. Setting up and maintaining the organisation’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand image and tone. Set up and utilise Google Analytics to track website performance and provide insightful reports. Helping in every stage of the rebrand Conduct thorough market and competitor research, keeping abreast of industry trends and insights. Coordinate and update monthly competitor monitoring across various channels including keywords, social media, website, and webinars. Improve the company’s website, user experience, and features like blogs and chatboxes. Email campaigns Events – create materials like marketing banners, leaflets, business cards, and point-of-sale displays Paid per ad campaigns Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours&Benefits: £14,000 per annum Monday to Friday (07:30am 4pm, 08:30am 5pm, 9am 17:30pm with a 1 hour break) 3 days in the office 2 days WFH 20 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays Company pension Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role Eager to learn Confident to speak in meetings and deliver ideas Passion for the tech industry Willingness to learn Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Digital Marketer.
