As part of the internal IT team, this role will be the first point of contact for users when they develop an issue with any element of IT in the business. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively to understand the root cause of the problem and then take ownership to get the issue resolved for the user either independently or with the assistance of others, ensuring that the user is always kept informed of the progress. In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 IT Support Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
