NMBS, the UK\’s leading buying society for independent builders\’, plumbers\’, hardware, and timber merchants, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team as an IT Apprentice. Established in 1963, NMBS supports over 1,250 independent merchant members across more than 5,000 branches. As a first line IT Apprentice your role will be to provide support for basic day to day Technical Support issues and quires.These will be raised via the NMBS IT Service Desk automated ticketing system web app, telephone calls or in person from other NMBS Team Members. You will also help with the installation and configuration of new and existing systems within the Society, in line with the businesses strategic objectives. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 IT qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
