The IT tech team supports the schools across one network infrastructure. Support consists of all technologies that utilise this infrastructure, including Microsoft File & Print Services, VOIP & Biometrics

You will be an essential part of the team as an IT Apprentice, responsible for a wide range of tasks such as installing / troubleshooting software, responding to helpdesk inquiries, and everything in-between to enhance your IT skills to become an effective IT support technician.
