About The Job
As a Trainee Export Sales Estimator you will be involved in the preparation of technical quotations using web-based costing systems, spreadsheet data recording and comparison, telephone calling clients for project updates, CRM system input and updating, and administrative support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate a safe working environment in line with company policies & procedures.
- Administrative duties for the Export Sales Department (document control, literature management, exhibition planning, updating and managing sales records).
- Processing sales related documentation.
- Estimating export sales enquiries and preparing quotations.
- Being able to answer client queries regarding their enquiries/orders.
- Dealing with any information passed on by the sales team.

- Mature and customer focused attitude (able to handle difficult discussions and customer complaints) is essential.
- A belief in the fact that customers are revenue & everything else is overhead is essential.
- Able to perform in an environment where accountability and ownership represent Core Values is essential.
