About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Document Controller to join our team at Balmoral Tanks. In this pivotal role, you will manage and maintain all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution. Your work will support efficient project delivery and uphold our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust document control system for manufacturing and project documentation.
- Manage document workflows including creation, revision, approval, and archiving.
- Ensure version control, metadata accuracy, and compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001).
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and quality teams to ensure timely documentation.
- Administer document control software (e.g., SharePoint) and provide user training.
- Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, and client reviews.
What We’re Looking For
- Certification in Document Control or Records Management (e.g., ARMA, AIIM) preferred.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in document control and project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
