About The Role
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems and processes.
- Conduct and review risk assessments, ensuring robust control measures.
- Drive behavioural and cultural change across the business.
- Organise and deliver HSE training for site and installation teams.
- Lead investigations into accidents and incidents, identifying root causes.
- Carry out audits and inspections at Balmoral facilities and external sites.
- Support compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:- NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (essential)
- NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) (preferred/ideal)
- NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate (preferred/ideal)
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role within manufacturing or related environment.
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Resilient, methodical, and committed to continuous improvement.
