What will you do as a Trainee Test Technician?
- Handling and slinging of products using O/H cranes, forklifts, pallet trucks etc.
- Operation of pressure vessels and hydraulic equipment
- Operation of PCs for data logging and test reporting
- Use of powered tools and hand tools
- Basic Care Maintenance of Test Centre equipment
- Filling in of timesheets at the end of each shift (daily) with the correct works numbers and time spent on the job
- Keeping your workplace clean and tidy, following the Area 5s guidelines
Other duties and responsibilities:
- Adhere to company Health and Safety Procedures, safe system of work instructions, risk assessments, and any other documentation controlling the task you are performing
- Actively contribute to the Business SIFRI system to aid Safety improvements
- Be prepared to work shift patterns as required to meet the delivery demands of products to our customers
- Other special projects and “ad hoc” duties as assigned

- B1 Forklift Licence
- Overhead Gantry Crane Testing Experience
