Your key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support the daily operations ensuring each guest is genuinely welcomed and pampered during their visit.
  • Deliver discreet, understated, tailored, and timely service whilst sharing your knowledge and best practice with the team.
  • Remain focused on delivering excellence and seeking feedback from guests.
  • Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products and actively seek opportunities to promote them.
  • Communicate regularly on the progress of tasks and consistently deliver on time to an excellent standard.
  • Support the training and the development of the team.
